Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – LATAM Region

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will drive financial performance across the company’s LATAM region, overseeing net sales, operating profit, and working capital. Reporting to the executive team, the CFO ensures compliance with group policies and local regulations while supporting the organization’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage working capital targets, including accounts receivable, payable, and inventory.
• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the LATAM region.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all finance operations, driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience (CFO, Finance Director or equivalent).
• Proven track record of improving financial performance in multinational or regional environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluent in English.
