Clinic Doctor (Occupational Health)

About the role

Flex is seeking a Clinic Doctor to lead occupational health services at its Tijuana site. Reporting to the EH&S Manager, you will ensure clinical operations meet regulatory standards while providing direct patient care for occupational and non‑occupational health issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., NOM‑030) related to clinical operations.
• Develop and maintain records, equipment, and programs for occupational health.
• Oversee physical evaluation programs to satisfy regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety teams.
• Supervise accident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Provide direct patient care, case management, and primary care for occupational injuries and illnesses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with specialization in occupational medicine.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience in regulatory compliance (NOM‑030, occupational health, ergonomics, psychosocial).
• Background in medical devices industry is preferred.
• Ability to supervise health services staff and manage sensitive health data.
