Clinic Nurse (RN) – Central Clinic for Women

About the role
The Clinic Nurse RN provides essential nursing care within the Central Clinic for Women, ensuring smooth patient flow and supporting physicians during procedures and minor surgeries.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Assist physicians during clinical procedures and minor surgical interventions.
- Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and deliver patient education.
- Maintain and troubleshoot clinic equipment.
- Act as liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other physician offices.
- Support other medical staff to sustain efficient patient flow.
Required profile
- Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license).
- Valid CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab work).
- Previous clinical experience preferred.

What we offer
- Day shift schedule, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 80 hours authorized bi‑weekly.
