Clinical Project Manager – LATAM Remote

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead regional and global clinical research programs for LATAM clients. This remote position will act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring projects are launched, conducted, and closed out in line with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead clinical teams to meet quality, timeline and budget targets while being accountable for financial performance.
• Maintain project information in databases, prepare inspection‑ready documentation and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement resource, risk mitigation and contingency plans to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing regional or global clinical projects, preferably in LATAM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to mentor and line‑manage project staff.
• Ability to support business development activities and build client relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and clinical trial regulations.
• Experience with project management tools and databases for tracking timelines and budgets.
