Clinical Support Application – Pharmacy (EPIC EHR)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Support Application professional to work within the pharmacy module of the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR). The analyst will support medication validation, preparation and outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring smooth operation of electronic prescribing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier customer service to end‑users and stakeholders of the EPIC EMR system.
• Configure electronic prescriptions and validate medication orders.
• Maintain service‑level agreements (SLAs) and prevent contractual penalties.

Required profile

• Clinical background as a Pharmacist, Nurse or Medical Doctor.
• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical aptitude.

Required skills

• Experience with EPIC EHR (pharmacy module).
