Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst

About the role

You will lead the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) process with key retail partners, ensuring optimal product availability across fragrance and makeup categories. The role combines demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional luxury consumer experience while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the CPFR process with retail partners, aligning commercial plans with supply‑chain execution.
• Execute, monitor, and continuously improve demand forecasts by incorporating sell‑out trends, promotions, product launches, and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee product availability for commercial initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify out‑of‑stock or excess inventory risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Coverage, and Service Levels to drive improvement.
• Support Key Account Managers by ensuring inventory readiness for promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Build strong relationships with customers to improve forecast visibility and mutual growth.
• Generate business insights through data analysis to support commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Experience working with retailers, marketplaces, or brands.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data‑analytics tools such as Power BI or similar.
