Commercial Analytics Analyst

About the role

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Commercial Analytics Analyst to join its Sales team in Mexico City. You will work with data, KPIs and Salesforce to shape commercial strategies, monitor forecasts and optimise portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and update KPI dashboards to monitor commercial activity and present findings to management.
• Analyse CRM data, improve data quality and optimise Salesforce usage.
• Produce business forecasts based on historical and current data for decision‑making.
• Segment clients and products to develop resource‑optimisation strategies.
• Create reports that provide insights into portfolio behaviour.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in data or business analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, innovative and data‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data extraction and normalisation across multiple databases.
• Expert Excel for ETL, data transformation and complex analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX) or Tableau for automated reporting and data modelling.
• Experience building low‑code tools and internal applications to automate workflows.
• UX/UI design skills for professional business interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
