Commercial Associate Analyst (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

The Commercial Associate Analyst supports PepsiCo Beverages North America, including Canada, by analysing customer and tax data, validating its legality and ensuring proper follow‑up. You will work in a dynamic team that implements new processes and drives strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up stakeholder requests and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to gather feedback, apply insights and improve service level agreements.
• Manage ticket flow, understand business needs and prioritize responses.
• Establish processes to identify, track, resolve and report customer issues.
• Participate in activities that fine‑tune and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering or Data & Analytics (up to 2 years of experience).
• Desirable: 1 year experience in commercial, finance or customer service areas.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
• Experience using multiple information sources to compile and integrate data.
• Knowledge of data‑governance models and customer/material hierarchies.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards and reports using PepsiCo standard tools.
