Commercial Strategy & Promotions Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Strategy & Promotions Specialist will help shape Hershey’s investment strategy and optimise trade promotions for core and seasonal product lines across Mexico. Working closely with Sales, Demand Planning and Marketing, the role supports the creation of data‑driven promotional plans that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex analyses to develop national and channel‑level promotion strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate promotional events, extract market insights and recommend targeted channel or customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Finance to build event‑level promotional plans during annual planning and conduct quarterly reviews of promotion effectiveness.
• Assist in the development, management and execution of promotional calendars and budgets.

• Deep understanding of customer/channel dynamics and solid business acumen.
