Communication Specialist

About the role

The Communications Specialist will lead internal and external communication initiatives for Nissan's Mexico City hub. You will shape media outreach, create compelling content, and support brand positioning across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social‑media content.
• Write press releases, website copy, infographics, blogs, and newsletters.
• Organise press conferences, corporate events, and coordinate media activities.
• Monitor media trends, identify content opportunities, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and external stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation of communication campaigns and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing communications strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a strategic, creative mindset.
