Head of Communications – Remote (Mexico City)

About the role

Cosign is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Communications to shape how the brand appears both externally and internally. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will build the communications function from the ground up and define the company’s voice across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an owned‑channel strategy across LinkedIn, the company blog, website, PR, and executive communications.
• Create messaging frameworks, sales collateral, and enablement materials for Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Lead the content engine for executive thought leadership and partnership outreach.
• Partner closely with leadership to ensure all customer‑facing messages are clear, consistent, and on‑position.
• Establish and manage the communications function, including hiring and process development as needed.
