Marketing Specialist – Digital Media Buyer Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Media Buyer Trainee to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of performance‑marketing channels, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in digital advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of clients by executing and optimizing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media channels.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings to ensure alignment on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, launch, and monitor marketing initiatives.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports, providing actionable insights.
• Assist with A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Help implement best practices and proprietary technology to improve campaign efficiency.
