Communications Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Analyst to design and execute internal communication programmes that boost employee engagement and reinforce our organisational culture within a fast‑paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role works closely with global teams and requires advanced English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch internal communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage announcements, newsletters, digital content and information screens.
• Plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities and internal initiatives.
• Design visual communication materials and maintain digital communication boards.
• Lead internal branding projects to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printed collateral and promotional items.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Utilise Microsoft 365 tools for communication and project management.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Creative problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or employer branding.
