Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with a strong background in masonry, take‑offs, and cost calculations for civil projects. The role is fully remote and involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material take‑offs and budgeting based on shop drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches using drafting tools.
• Calculate project time and budget estimates, maintaining a system for recurring projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritizing and assigning tasks.
• Ensure completed estimates align with customer and project requirements.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• 2+ years experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the US.
• Experience working with stones, stucco, and CMU.
• Professional attitude, solid communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
