Contact Agent – Remote Sales Prospecting

About the role

As a Contact Agent you will be the first point of interaction between BEO World and educational institutions across Mexico. You will build trust from the initial conversation, uncover partnership opportunities, and open doors for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact schools, universities and other educational institutions by phone to schedule meetings with administrators and decision‑makers.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, confirming each institution’s interest.
• Arrange strategic meetings for the sales team and keep the CRM updated with accurate data.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team and other departments to strengthen the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales prospecting, customer service, business development or call‑center sales.
• Proficiency in English and a professional appearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, International Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education sector or B2B sales processes is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM) management.
