Content Creator (Freelancer)

About the role

WITHIN is looking for a creative, social‑media‑savvy Content Creator to join its Creative Production team in Mexico City. This full‑time freelance position focuses on producing short‑form, user‑generated‑content style videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms to spot emerging trends, sounds and formats.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot (often with a smartphone) and edit short‑form video and static assets.
• Develop strategies to encourage and leverage user‑generated content while creating brand‑aligned UGC‑style pieces.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Content Lead and broader Marketing/Creative teams to ensure content matches campaign goals and brand voice.
• Perform basic editing, add text overlays, incorporate trending audio and apply in‑app effects or simple motion graphics.
• Organize and archive raw footage, edited videos and graphics for easy access.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices, feature updates and algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating engaging short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of UGC aesthetics and what resonates with online audiences.
• Ability to generate ideas quickly and adapt to fast‑moving social trends.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
