Content & Digital Marketing Specialist (SaaS, EdTech, B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to shape the digital presence of a SaaS‑focused EdTech B2B brand. Based in Mexico, you will create and optimise content across blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing assets, turning complex technology concepts into clear, compelling messages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise content strategies that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.
• Create high‑quality content including blog articles, website copy, case studies, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, landing pages and marketing collateral.
• Manage and publish website content using WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic performance.
• Plan, schedule and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor content and campaign performance using analytics tools, email metrics and social media insights.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
• Support the execution, reporting and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create audience‑focused content that communicates complex concepts clearly.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in content writing and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email, social media and website content.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress or another content management system.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.
