Content Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Content Optimization Specialist will ensure our clients’ product listings on Amazon and Mercado Libre are discoverable, accurate, and conversion‑focused. Working closely with client teams and internal strategists, you will drive organic visibility and maintain catalogue health across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and craft optimized product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes.
• Audit existing listings against platform best practices, identify gaps, and test copy variations.
• Publish and maintain product listings, manage bulk uploads and flat‑file processes, and resolve listing errors or suppressed items.
• Synchronise content across multiple accounts and categories, ensuring consistency.
• Monitor organic ranking performance, generate content health reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Approximately three years of experience in content optimization or catalogue management on Amazon and/or Mercado Libre.
• Strong understanding of how Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Mercado Libre rank organic results.
• Proficiency with platform publishing flows, flat‑file uploads, and error resolution.
• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword prioritisation.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data and diagnosing ranking changes.
