Continuous Improvement Director

About the role

LEGO is looking for a Continuous Improvement Director to lead the implementation of the site’s strategy, align global operations with local activation plans, and drive a culture of operational excellence. You will shape a 3‑ to 5‑year roadmap that boosts P&L impact and embeds continuous improvement mindsets across senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the site’s strategy to synchronize global Ops direction with local activation plans.
• Define and execute a 3‑ to 5‑year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on‑site operational strategies.
• Identify and improve operational efficiency to enhance P&L performance.
• Coach and challenge senior leadership to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.
• Maintain and improve the LEGO Continuous Improvement Assessment model year over year.
• Develop KPIs and systems to track progress and support data‑driven decisions.
• Establish governance for project selection, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate frontline engagement through Gemba walks, Kaizen events, and workshops.
• Participate in global Continuous Improvement networks and promote standardization.

Required profile

• Proven experience influencing and participating in strategic networks.
• Strong leadership commitment to fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to facilitate discussions at the strategy deployment level and improve resource efficiency.
