Control Monitoring Analyst

About the role

The Control Monitoring Analyst (Auditor III) will apply in‑depth audit knowledge to perform moderately complex audits, monitor control performance and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders. The role focuses on using data analysis tools to draft audit reports, identify emerging risks and support continuous improvement of the control framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct moderately complex audits, draft reports and present findings to business stakeholders.
• Monitor, assess and recommend solutions for emerging risks and control gaps.
• Identify inconsistencies in audit data, define business issues and formulate policy or procedural recommendations.
• Develop and maintain automated routines and reports for control tracking and analysis.
• Support end‑to‑end monitoring of controls and assist in strategic initiatives to enhance control performance.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to follow‑up on performance and ensure compliance with internal audit standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant audit or risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal, written and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Understanding of control frameworks and risk management fundamentals.
