Coordinador de Aprendizaje

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Coordinador de Aprendizaje to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs at its manufacturing site in Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro. The role ensures that employees acquire critical skills in safety, health, environment, quality, continuous improvement, and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize training needs across technical and behavioral competencies.
• Develop and align the annual training plan with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate the execution of onboarding, refresher, and project‑specific courses, managing internal and external instructors.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of training events, including materials, attendance tracking, and post‑event evaluation.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators and propose enhancements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records for internal and external audits.
• Manage the training budget, supplier invoicing, and expense control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating technical training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, occupational health, environmental, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
