About the role

The Inbound Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the daily execution of inbound transportation activities at the Toluca distribution centre. The role focuses on stabilising processes, ensuring operational continuity and improving productivity through structured follow‑up of key activities.

Key responsibilities

Ensure efficient inbound transport operations and disciplined compliance during the assignment period.
Organise and closely monitor shipments, maintaining detailed process control.
Coordinate international shipments with carriers, interact with logistics providers and manage customs clearance procedures.
Take responsibility for meeting area objectives and delivery timelines, guaranteeing traceability.

Required profile

Degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
3‑5 years of experience in import administration, logistics, transport, operations or supply‑chain processes.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel.
Intermediate PowerBI.
Advanced English language skills.
