Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role
Novelus Team is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join its fast‑growing legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal support across a range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate non‑disclosure/confidentiality agreements.
- Manage service and vendor contracts, employee agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Handle corporate complaints, lawsuits, and litigation support.
- Oversee corporate organizational structuring, documentation, and governance.
- Assist with property‑level agreements, including property management, construction management, commercial leases, and loan documents.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law.
- Advanced command of English and native‑level Spanish.
- Willingness to work onsite.
