Corporate Recruiter (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing team. The role is fully remote, covering talent pools across Latin America, South Africa and beyond. You will act as both brand ambassador and talent scout, partnering directly with leadership to secure top‑tier candidates for sales, design, development and strategy functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meetings with leadership to extending offers.
• Source and engage passive candidates across multiple regions and maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent.
• Deliver a seamless, respectful candidate experience that reflects Blacksmith’s standards.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) clean, data‑driven and ensure hiring managers are regularly updated.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
• High accountability mindset with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Global perspective comfortable navigating different time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
