Corporate Tax Manager (Latin America)

About the role

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will provide direct tax advisory support across the Latin American region, partnering with Tax, Finance and Legal teams to enable business growth and strategic initiatives. Based in Mexico City and reporting to the Head of Corporate Tax Advisory, you will work on complex international tax matters, regional projects, M&A and restructuring activities while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead regional tax projects in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide technical tax analysis on business transactions, investments and international tax matters.
• Evaluate and communicate tax implications of strategic business initiatives and organisational changes.
• Support integration activities for newly acquired companies across the region.
• Manage and support regional tax litigation matters.
• Contribute to M&A transactions, restructuring projects and capital investment initiatives.
• Support global tax initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of international tax experience in a multinational company, law firm or audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American tax regulations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
