Country Activation Marketer – Mexico City

About the role

As a Country Activation Marketer for 3M’s Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division, you will drive marketing initiatives that generate demand and increase market share in Mexico City. You will work closely with global teams and local sales partners to translate strategy into actionable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute localized marketing plans, incorporating competitive and customer insights.
• Lead demand‑generation activities through communications, media, social channels, and events.
• Support go‑to‑market execution with channel communications, training, e‑commerce readiness, and partner prioritisation.
• Coordinate promotional and product‑support activities with sales and area teams, ensuring accurate translations and technical content.
• Gather market intelligence and feed insights into portfolio and program decisions.

Required profile

• Business or Marketing education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, and commercial execution.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience in B2B environments and familiarity with price, portfolio, end‑user, channel, and communication disciplines.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and influence channel partners.
