Country Manager – Mexico & the Americas

About the role
Astrafy is a fast‑growing company focused on Data and Generative AI. We are launching our first office in Mexico and need a hands‑on leader to build the business from the ground up across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the legal, operational and commercial establishment of Astrafy in Mexico.
- Identify, engage and close early customers in Mexico and the broader Americas region.
- Handle all aspects of strategy, sales, administration and day‑to‑day hurdles without a large team.
- Act as the public face of Astrafy, building relationships with local tech communities, partners and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Recruit, hire and onboard the next wave of local talent as the entity scales.
Required profile
- Relentless bias for action and a disciplined do‑er.
- Owner‑mindset – takes responsibility for outcomes and removes bottlenecks.
- Direct, clear communicator with zero tolerance for office politics.
- Ego‑less, focused and able to give and receive candid feedback.
- Passionate about technology, especially Data, Generative AI and cloud platforms.
