Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Creative Strategist to drive growth for high‑velocity DTC ecommerce brands. Working remotely on EST hours, you will own the full creative lifecycle—from research and messaging to testing and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑focused creative strategies for paid social campaigns.
• Create detailed creative briefs, funnel concepts, and customer journey maps.
• Conduct customer and market research to uncover winning messaging angles.
• Write and refine direct‑response copy for ads, landing pages, and sales funnels.
• Analyze Meta Ads performance, identify testing opportunities, and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with growth, creative, and media‑buying teams to launch and optimize campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline research, ideation, and execution.

Required profile

• Recent (within 3 years) experience with DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong direct‑response copywriting background.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
