Creative Strategist

About the role

Lilo Social, a full‑funnel eCommerce growth agency, is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the performance‑driven creative testing engine for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will translate research and insights into actionable creative concepts, guide cross‑functional teams, and help clients scale profitable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Mine customer reviews, competitor ad libraries, and audience pain points to uncover winning angles and positioning.
• Design and manage structured creative testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses, variables, and iteration plans.
• Write detailed creative briefs that turn insights into actionable direction for designers and video editors, including hooks, messaging frameworks, visual concepts, and success criteria.
• Map the customer journey from awareness to purchase and craft compelling paid‑social concepts that drive performance.
• Provide UGC and production guidance, such as shot lists, video scripts, and creator direction.
• Collaborate closely with design, video, media buying, and account teams while communicating strategy and recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop repeatable creative testing systems that generate new concepts at a consistent velocity.
• Track record of delivering measurable performance improvements (higher CTR, conversion rates, lower CAC).
• Strong client‑facing communication skills, data‑backed decision making, and leadership in creative direction.
• Experience working in eCommerce or direct‑to‑consumer environments is a plus.
