Creator Coordinator Internship – Mexico City

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Creator Coordinator Intern to join our influencer marketing team in Mexico City. You will support the planning and execution of creator‑driven campaigns for Amazon Prime Video, building relationships with influencers and ensuring smooth delivery of content.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the end‑to‑end coordination of influencer and creator campaigns, from identification and outreach to content delivery and reporting.
• Research and shortlist relevant creators based on audience, style, engagement and brand fit.
• Support outreach, briefing, negotiations, contracts and timeline management.
• Maintain creator databases, contact lists and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate communication between creators, agencies, brands and internal teams.
• Prepare and share briefs, creative guidelines and product information.
• Monitor content production, ensure deliverables meet campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks and conversions, and help compile reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms and new influencer formats.
• Assist with gifting, product seeding, events and creator experiences.

Required profile

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media and the creator economy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with solid research abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
