CRM Expert

About the role

Klar is looking for a CRM Expert to design, optimize, and scale intelligent CRM flows that personalize the customer journey across multiple touchpoints. You will work closely with data, product, and brand teams to turn insights into impactful messaging strategies while operating from our Mexico City office in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve CRM campaigns across email, push, in‑app, and WhatsApp channels.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to gather assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks on links, personalization tags, and audience targeting.
• Handle customer data responsibly to support segmentation and targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
