Customer Service Agent (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) customers, dealerships, insurance companies and other third parties. The role involves providing accurate information and support regarding loan and lease accounts, vehicle damage, total loss, titles and related inquiries, primarily in English with occasional Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a standard volume of inbound calls from active and inactive accounts, addressing inquiries, complaints and process guidance.
• Identify account status and take appropriate actions for retail and lease cases, including total loss, vehicle damage, titles, end‑of‑term, interest rates and post‑maturity issues.
• Maintain a minimum quality score of 85 % and adherence compliance of 95 % by following call models and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize all available tools and resources to resolve customer concerns on the first contact and avoid callbacks.
• Document interactions accurately and follow internal adherence guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory); basic Spanish acceptable.
• Basic understanding of the auto‑finance industry.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, grammar and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.

What we offer

• On‑site work in Aguascalientes with flexible shift options (8 am‑3 pm or 1 pm‑8 pm, Monday‑Friday; Saturdays 8 am‑2 pm).
• 36 hours per week schedule.
