About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Document incoming information related to customer issues and track each case through resolution.
- Investigate evidence and details until each case is fully completed.
- Support various teams by completing projects and requests on schedule.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to help maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Permanent employment status.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate case documentation.
- Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues independently.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
