Customer Service Executive – Hotel Reservations

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide information on hotel products and bookings, and resolve issues across multiple communication channels. Based in Cancún with a hybrid work arrangement, you will ensure accurate and timely responses while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and track service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information.
• Maintain updated records in relevant systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow established service procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate clearly.
• Experience in customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Ability to drive customer satisfaction through proactive service.
• Background in customer service management or similar roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is beneficial.
• Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
