Customer Service Lead – LATAM (Mexico)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes orthopedics business, is seeking a Customer Service Lead for the LATAM region based in Mexico City. The role focuses on order management, issue resolution, and close collaboration with internal supply‑chain and commercial teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers in a fast‑paced MedTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in line with established procedures and service level agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, logistics, and commercial teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, proactively communicate updates, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer and order data within internal systems.
• Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring proper setup and adherence to internal processes.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or order management within a regional or multinational setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as supply‑chain, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Familiarity with the MedTech or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
