Customer Service Order-to-Invoice Specialist (Mexico City)

About the role

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Customer Service Order-to-Invoice (CS OTI) specialist to join its supply-chain team in Mexico City. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely fulfillment and smooth invoicing for customers, supporting patient care and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, including order entry, validation, fulfillment coordination, billing and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers regarding order status, delivery timelines and invoice queries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution teams to guarantee on-time, accurate product delivery.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries and invoices according to company policies and service-level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and internal procedures throughout the OTI process.
• Maintain precise documentation and system records for orders, shipments and invoices.
• Identify and support continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on service recovery and customer-satisfaction projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in order management, customer service or supply-chain operations.
• Additional coursework or certification in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Operations is a plus.
