Customer Service Representative (On‑Site)

About the role

This position supports patients in obtaining their medication by handling inquiries about prescriptions, insurance coverage, refills, and delivery status. You will interact via phone, email, and text, turning complex healthcare processes into simple, clear explanations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients through phone, email, and text, providing accurate information on prescription status, coverage, and next steps.
• Proactively contact patients to resolve issues that could delay order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure successful prescription processing.
• Guide patients through the platform and help them maximize available services.
• Navigate multiple systems to research issues and identify solutions while handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Good problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guadalajara.
