Customer Service Representative – On‑Site in Guadalajara

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team that helps patients obtain their medication smoothly. You will interact with patients via phone, email and text, answering questions about prescriptions, insurance coverage, refills and delivery status.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to patients through phone, email and text, delivering clear information on prescription status and next steps.
• Review prescription orders and proactively contact patients to resolve issues that could delay fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, insurance providers and internal teams to ensure successful processing of prescriptions.
• Guide patients in using the platform and help them maximise available services.
• Navigate multiple internal systems to research problems and identify solutions.
• Handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism and confidence.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Comfortable using several systems and tools simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guadalajara.
