Customer Support Representative – On‑Site (Guadalajara)

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you will be the trusted point of contact for customers needing guidance on products, orders, returns and account issues. You will work on‑site in Guadalajara, handling inquiries through phone, email, chat and online platforms while ensuring compliance with healthcare‑related processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat, Q&A platforms, ratings and reviews.
• Research and deliver accurate information on product questions, promotions, pricing and service topics.
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow required procedures and guidelines.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and support order fulfillment, including returns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates and service processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service or call‑center experience.
• Strong English communication skills (American English preferred) and excellent verbal and written abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult or sensitive conversations professionally and work with performance metrics.

• MXN 16,500 gross monthly salary.
