Customer Success Manager

About the role

Black Propeller is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. In this role you will coordinate cross‑functional marketing workstreams, ensure deliverables align with client goals, and communicate the business impact of the agency’s performance‑marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Lead regular client calls, status updates, and performance discussions, clearly communicating timelines, priorities, and recommendations.
• Translate client needs into internal briefs, tasks, and timelines, coordinating across paid search, paid social, SEO, creative, and analytics teams.
• Organize internal and client‑facing touchpoints, track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Use Monday.com and other internal tools to manage workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the development and communication of marketing strategies, linking channel‑level activity to broader business outcomes.

Required profile

• Agency experience with a solid understanding of performance‑marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Confidence discussing strategy, performance metrics, and results with both clients and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude toward managing expectations and identifying growth opportunities.
