Customer Supply Planner OE

About the role

The Customer Supply Planner OE will coordinate supply planning activities for Original Equipment (OE) customers, ensuring timely deliveries from Continental's Mexican warehouses. The role bridges demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and logistics to support the automotive tire business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requirements and prepare weekly delivery schedules for OE customers.
• Create and maintain shipment orders in SAP and work with warehouse teams on personnel and transport logistics.
• Obtain and analyse customer demand data via EDI and web systems to support forecasting.
• Load forecasts into APO, analyse market trends, and produce monthly reports with recommendations.
• Communicate with production plants in Europe, the USA, and South America to coordinate Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) product deliveries.
• Follow up customs clearance for imported items and maintain logistics documentation.
• Provide technical support for new product development using EDI, SMART, DDL, and SAP systems.
• Handle customer claims, electronic invoicing, price changes, and finance‑related information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Familiarity with production and logistics coordination across multiple regions.
• Ability to work with customs procedures and logistics documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for market and trend analysis.
