WMS Engineer

About the role

The WMS Engineer will ensure seamless operation of warehouse and supply‑chain processes by managing SAP‑related incidents, supporting system updates, and maintaining the integration between the Warehouse Management System and SAP. You will work closely with technical teams to guarantee high availability and stability of logistics transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve SAP operational issues affecting warehouse and supply‑chain workflows.
• Monitor, prioritize, and address critical SAP incidents that impact daily operations.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of SAP system updates, changes, and enhancements.
• Maintain continuous warehouse operation by ensuring proper connection between WMS and SAP.
• Track key performance indicators such as system availability, incident resolution time, and transaction accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, EWM) and related operational processes.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting SAP logistics in warehouse, manufacturing, or supply‑chain environments.
• Experience with ERP implementations or digital transformation projects is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
