Customer Support Agent (French)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our call centre team. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails and tickets, providing high‑quality assistance to customers, and supporting the daily operations of the support centre.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with the team and meet productivity standards.
• Receive and log incoming customer calls, emails and create tickets for requests.
• Respond to high and critical priority tickets following standard operating procedures.
• Act as the initial responder in the hosted environment, identifying and documenting issues.
• Assist the manager with staffing, training, scheduling and recognition programmes.
• Provide remote support via telephone and remote‑support tools.
• Process vendor deliveries, scan packing slips and manage related documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.
• Create and manage ticket lifecycles in the company’s ticketing system.
• Develop and follow formal work instructions and knowledge documents.
• Handle escalations consistently and professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or a similar support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
