Customer Support Analyst

About the role

The Customer Support Analyst will ensure smooth day‑to‑day order processing for Frito Lay North America, delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers. You will work closely with global CSRs and regional leadership to maintain operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders daily, including confirmation, cleansing, and creation of ICRs/Filters.
• Manage customer communications related to adds, cuts, missing orders, and off‑template orders.
• Confirm order completion and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with CSRs worldwide and regional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication with native speakers.
• Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, pivot tables).
• 6 months to 1 year experience in administrative tasks such as document filing, purchase order or invoice management, and customer support.
• Availability to work five 8‑hour days per week, with flexible scheduling between 06:00 am and 11:00 pm.
