Customer Support Trainer

About the role

Advanced Marketers is looking for a hands‑on Customer Support Trainer to own onboarding and training for all departments in our Guadalajara office. You will work closely with growth specialists, call‑center agents, and creative/media teams to get new hires productive quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires across all departments in Guadalajara and Los Angeles.
• Create training materials from scratch, including SOPs, call scripts, job aids, checklists, and QA scorecards.
• Deliver live training sessions, side‑by‑side coaching, and call reviews.
• Teach growth specialists how to handle US client conversations and train call‑center reps on phone etiquette and booking jobs.
• Measure training effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve the curriculum.
• Keep all training documentation up‑to‑date as processes and tools evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience training or onboarding staff in a BPO, contact‑center, or agency environment.
• Proven ability to bring a new hire to independent productivity within two weeks.
• Experience building training materials from the ground up.
• Strong written and spoken English; will train staff who interact with US clients.
• Based in Guadalajara or able to work on‑site three days a week at the Andares office.
