Data Quality Project Manager – Pharmacy Benefits (US Clients)

About the role

Aon is seeking a Data Quality Project Manager to support its Pharmacy Benefits team serving U.S. clients. Based in Mexico City, the position starts with on‑site training and then moves to a hybrid work model. You will coordinate data validation projects, analyse data, and develop corrective strategies to ensure accurate information for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to guarantee data accuracy, responsiveness, and timely delivery of project work.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and drive projects to completion for client accounts.
• Support data validation initiatives through strong project coordination, data analysis, and creation of corrective strategies.
• Work with the Pharmacy team to design process improvements and efficiencies that enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with English proficiency (B2+).
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or related data‑analysis roles.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to break down ambiguous problems into clear plans.
• Excellent communication and proactive behaviour.
