Desktop Support Associate – Field Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Associate‑Field Tech to provide on‑site technical assistance for desktops, notebooks and printers at our client locations in Mexico City. The role involves routine troubleshooting, hardware replacement and system upgrades while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, and repairs on desktops, notebooks and printers.
• Execute system upgrades, deployments and hardware installations.
• Respond to support calls after normal business hours when instructed by leadership.
• Interact directly with customers and first‑line management to resolve routine issues.
• Escalate complex or unexpected problems to higher‑level support staff.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant desktop support or field technician experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical office tasks and work on‑site.
• Willingness to work with reasonable accommodations if needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• A+ certification or equivalent skill set (preferred).
