Digital Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Community Manager to revitalize and scale our customer community across owned and external platforms. You will own the community experience, drive engagement, and ensure our content serves both human users and AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an end‑to‑end community strategy in partnership with social media, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Stimulate conversations, moderate discussions, and enforce community guidelines to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Develop and run external engagement programs on Reddit and industry forums, authenticating participation and attracting users to our owned community.
• Create and curate technical content, translating complex topics into clear, searchable answers optimized for SEO and large language models.
• Launch ambassador, champion, and super‑user programs, designing recognition systems such as badges and leaderboards.
• Own community KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver regular insights to improve engagement, retention, and support deflection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities for technical or engineering audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (social, marketing, product, support).
• Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable community initiatives.
