Digital Marketing Director

About the role

MotaWord is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead its global digital strategy. This remote position will shape brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and optimise the multilingual website for SEO, UX and conversion.
• Develop, manage and optimise content on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website traffic, campaign performance, ROI and key marketing KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation and performance analysis.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to align marketing initiatives with customer needs, improve retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that support company growth and market expansion.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing multilingual websites and international campaigns is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to analyse data, measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous optimisation.
• Excellent communication, project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
