About the role

Countertop Marketing Co. is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Manager to join its fast‑moving remote agency. You will act as a true generalist, jumping into paid‑media, client communication, QA, and reporting tasks while also shaping a new SaaS product’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support Meta and Google Ads campaign management across multiple client accounts, monitor daily performance, and flag optimization opportunities.
• Track key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and budget pacing while improving existing campaign templates.
• Lead or join monthly client calls via Google Meet, present results clearly, and respond to client inquiries through the support inbox.
• QA client websites, landing pages, and ad creatives for errors and enhancements.
• Coordinate tasks across internal team members, ensuring timely completion and high‑quality output.
• Prepare accurate performance reports and maintain organized campaign workflows.
• Contribute to the positioning, strategy, and growth of a new SaaS product built alongside the agency.
